- 14-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery only if:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Damaged or leaked product
✔ Packaging severely damaged
✔ Product quality issue (must provide proof)
Return Conditions:
Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
Return request must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
You must share clear photos/videos of the issue.
We do NOT accept returns if:
✘ Product is opened or used
✘ Customer changed mind
✘ Wrong order placed by customer
✘ No proof of issue is provided
- Refund Policy
Refund will be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.
Refund Method:
Online payment → refund to original payment method
COD orders → refund via bank/UPI details provided by customer
Refund Time:
7–10 working days after approval.
No refund if:
Product is opened/used
Product returned after 14 days
Product tampered
Reason not valid under our return rules
- Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order before it is shipped.
Once shipped or out for delivery:
❌ Order cannot be cancelled
❌ No refund for late cancellations
